Things to consider when dropping off your vehicle:
1. Please remove all items & debris from all areas of your vehicle including trunk.
2. Avoid using Armor-All products or silicone which slows down the paint process.
3. Please locate your radio code. If the battery is disconnected the radio will need to be reprogramed.
4. Please bring all insurance information including claim# and insurance carrier.
Repair Process
1. Prepare estimate and sign direction of pay. If insurance check has been provided we will collect insurance check.
2. Owner signs authorization to pay. Repair will not begin until authorization has been signed.
3. Insurance approval- if not direct repair.
4. Parts ordered & received-the days of repair can determine the delivery of parts.
5. Vehicle sceduled in for repairs-if car was driveable. In some cases vehicle may already be at our repair facility if your car was considered non-driveable or towed in.
6. Vehicle disassembled & re-inspected. As your vehicles outer panels are removed and the physical structure of the vehicle is revealed there may be "hidden damage" which needs to be added to the estimate. This may alter original completion date.
7. Supplemental estimate written if neccessary.
8. Additional parts ordered if neccessary.
9. Customer updated.
10. Vehicle set on unibody repair equipment if needed and structural body repairs begin.
11. New panels checked for proper fit and panels get prepped for refinish process.
12. All metal work done and vehicle tested for proper functioning.
13. Refinish process begins- This has several steps begining with primer application & is chemically cleaned & tacked.
14. Reassembly- Vehicle is reassembled & gets wheels alignments, a/c work, final inspection & a test drive if neccessary.
15. Confitmation delivery date given and vehicle is delivered.
